These companies are misrepresenting themselves and their claim to have access to these lists are completely false.

Shipping Machinery to the Show? Important Things to Know!
Specially discounted rates are available for machinery shipped to the show. Please be sure to do the following to take advantage of these discounted rates:
- Use the shipping labels available in the exhibitor manual specific to machinery
- Certified weight tickets are required for all shipments
- Mixed load shipments without separate weight tickets do not qualify for the machinery rates and will be invoiced at the regular material handling rate (adjustments will not be made).
- When shipping a mixed load, separate weight tickets are required to distinguish between machinery and exhibit materials
- All shipments must have proper inbound Bill of Lading or carrier bill with weight breakdowns
Open Dock Policy
WCD has an “open loading dock” policy, which means, except for electrical and mechanical service connections, we impose no restrictions on exhibitors’ ability to load, unload, move in, move out, set up and strike their own exhibits. However, shows which have contracted with a decorator may be bound by the terms of that decorator’s labor agreements, if any, and it is show management’s responsibility to inform exhibitors accordingly if they will be affected.
As safety is our main priority and in order to comply with both WCD’s open dock policy and the terms set forth in the show decorator’s labor agreement, no more than two individuals from each exhibiting company will be allowed on the dock at any given time during move-in and move-out.

Exhibitor Badges

Please refrain from registering exhibitor personnel as a conference attendee as conference badges will not permit access to the exhibit hall during move-in. Also, please avoid registering customers and/or Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) as booth personnel.
