Move in Deadline — plan your travel accordingly
All booths must be occupied and completely set up by 5:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2024. Exceptions will be granted providing advance notification is sent to KimDiCianni@ipc.org. If notification of late move-in is not submitted in advance of move-in and space is not completely set by 5:00pm on Monday, April 8, 2024 the space will be considered abandoned, and Show Management will repurpose the space as they see fit.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitor booth personnel can be registered via the exhibitor registration portal. To avoid long lines onsite, we highly recommend registering all booth staff in advance of arriving at the event.)
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)
All exhibitors are required to submit an EAC notification form to IPC to notify us in advance of your intent to use an independent contractor for your booth. The EAC notification form will be available in the exhibit service manual and are due on March 15, 2024.
Attendee Lists
Exhibiting companies have the exclusive opportunity to order a copy of the pre-registered and post-show verified attendee lists for IPC APEX EXPO. These lists are complimentary for IPC Members and available to nonmembers for a nominal fee.
Complimentary Marketing Materials
Even the best trade show planning won’t succeed if no one knows you’re there! Promoting your company’s presence in advance of a show gets more people into your booth and, in turn, connects you with more prospects for your products and services. Take advantage of utilizing our complimentary banners ads to promote your participation in IPC APEX EXPO!
Train Your Booth Staff
The most effective way to maximize your return at a trade show is to train your exhibit staff. Make sure your staff understands your company’s objectives in exhibiting and that they have bought into their personal role in helping to reach your exhibiting goals. Your exhibit staff also needs to be comfortable with in-booth sales techniques that are very different from the standard sales call. Training should include composing effective elevator speeches on your company and products and qualifying questions, how to perform demonstrations, and how – and why – it’s imperative to accurately and completely record every prospect’s lead information on your lead-retrieval device. Keep in mind that sales techniques used with Boomers might not work with Millennial and younger professionals. Make sure your staff are trained to engage effectively with professionals of all generations!
Tip: Post-show visitor surveys show that a few weeks after the show, visitors don’t remember your exhibit, but will remember your exhibit staff!
